Delve into the Desiderio art space. We Bring the Art World to You. Desiderio builds the
bridge between the prosecco community and the community around the crypto art movement, cultivating new forms of identity,
culture, and exchange.

Fusing analog and digital positions in arts into a vibrant community, Desiderio gathers museums, galleries, avant-garde, and underground art spaces from all over the world! We choose our cyber-flaneurs to go freely from one experience to another, without missing out on an event, losing time, and hastily booking flights to attend one. No artist needs to transport single artworks around the world to be shown. - We do bring the art world to you!

John Burton-Race is a Michelin-starred chef, restaurateur, author, & television media personality. With over 35 years experience in the industry John is now a much sought-after consultant chef engaged in projects all around the world. Born in Singapore in 1957 to a British diplomat father, John Burton Race spent his early years travelling the globe with his family. This exposed him to a variety of tastes and flavours that continue to influence his style to this day. John learnt his trade at several top restaurants including Quaglino’s, Hotel Meurice London, Chewton Glen and La Sorbonne. In 1983, John Burton Race landed a role under the renowned chef Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons. He was soon promoted to sous chef. When Raymond opened Le Petit Blanc in Oxford, he turned to John to head the restaurant and the kitchen. It was here that John won his first Michelin star. In 1986, John fulfilled a lifelong dream by opening his own restaurant, L’Ortolan in Berkshire. The restaurant was awarded two Michelin stars, an achievement John repeated at John Burton Race Restaurant at the Landmark Hotel in 2000. In 2002, John took a break from restaurants and moved to France for a year to rediscover his love of cooking and embrace a slower pace of life. Channel 4 jumped at the opportunity of making a TV programme based around this sabbatical. The result was the successful television show French Leave that made John a household name.
