Mimosa with Desiderio N°1 Prosecco
The origin of the Mimosa is unclear, it seems that it was created in 1925 at the Ritz in Paris.
While others say it comes from Buck's Fizz which was created four years earlier, in 1921by the barman Malachy MacGarry of the Buck's Club in London.
What is certain is that Buck´s Fizz in the UK is consumed during breakfast on Christmas day,
as well as being used as an antidote for hangover!
